The JCA & YJP Scholars Lecture Series Registration Terms & Conditions

Jain Center of America (JCA) or Young Jain Professionals (YJP) or Shri Siddhachalam Jain Tirth or their Directors, Officers, Coordinators, and Volunteers shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to registrants and/or to any of their guests.

Online Registration begins on May 1, 2014 and will close on June 26, 2014.

Registration is limited to 75 Attendees over the Age of 15 years.

You must be over the age of 15 years to register and attend the lecture series.

Registered attendees have the option to stay overnight at Siddhachalam or can return home and come back the next day if they wish.

Children below the age of 15 years can attend for FREE and do not need to register and must be accompanied by a parent.

Registration Fee is $99 per Attendees and is Non-Refundable.

Only Online Registration is available and only Credit Cards are accepted.

Limit of Four Attendees can register at one time online. Please start another online registration session if you need to register more than four people.

There is No Refund for Cancellation unless cancelled 30 days before the event.

Each Attendee must bring their Registration Confirmation Email and Picture ID to collect registration material and badge.

JCA & YJP reserve the right to change Lecture Series plans (scholars, programs, activities, sessions, food menu etc). No refund requests will be entertained due to any such changes.

If you have Children below the Age of 15 that will be accompanying you (they do not need to register or pay), please email their Name and Age to jcascholars@googlegroups.com so that we can make proper arrangements for their overnight stay.
